Chongqing Wintus (New Star) Enterprises Group is one of the first group of commodity circulation enterprises in Chongqing Municipality that have been granted a permit for independent operation of imports and exports, and the group company integrated of production, processing, exportation and trading of silk products. We have our own silkworm mulberry base, silk reeling factory and woven silk fabric factory and it has formed an operational mode that links cocoon, silk and silk fabric integrates agriculture, industry and trades, and that is well and sustainable developed of productions. 
        Through years of development, our group up-scales in sizes, owns wholly owned subsidiaries in Chongqing and overseas respectively:Chongqing Liangping Wintus Textile Co.,Ltd., Wintus (Cambodia) Ltd., Wulong Wintus Silk Ltd., Nanchuan Wintus Silk Ltd. and Chongqing Champion Silk Investment Ltd., and extends from specialized cocoon, silk yarn, silk fabric manufacturing and processing to warehouse storages and finance businesses in the cocoon silk industry. 
       Our group has constructed upscale silkworm mulberry production bases in Fuling, Wulong, and Nanchuan for supplying raw materials to process silk products to have secured stable sources of export oriented goods at a comparatively lower cost, to have laid a solid base of raw materials for further company developments. Currently, our group owns the highest ratio of raw material bases in Chongqing, while our facilitated production capacity also tops in Chongqing. 
        In response to the relevant national policies to transform the growth modes in foreign trades and to support the textile enterprises in “stepping out into the world”, through years of practices, and relying on the unique climate and geological conditions in Cambodia, our group has invested in Cambodia, established up to ten thousand mu of silkworm mulberry bases, rapidly promoted developments of raw material bases in foreign territories, become considerably advantageous with silk raw materials, labor costs, etc, and become strongly competitive.
       Our group has constructed the factories in Liangping and Wulong for dedicated manufactures and processing of silk products; most of our technicians graduated from Suzhou Silk Academy and Nanchong Silk Academy. Our silk manufacturing technologies and processes rank at the first-class in Chongqing & even the entire region of southwest China. Our quality has gained a good reputation overseas.
       Our group currently has nearly 600 employees, among them there are more than 102 technicians with various professionals. Our export products are mainly raw silk, thrown silk, silk fabrics & ramie silk blended fabrics etc. We are one of the top exporters in China exporting a huge quantity of silk products and we have created our own brand “WINTUS”. Since 2005, we have been entitled the annual “top 10 best enterprise” in the cocoon silk industry in Chongqing for many consecutive years. In year 2010，Chongqing government awarded us as "Chongqing famous brand" , and we will be the high priority in nurturance。 Our group has established good and stable trading partnerships with foreign customers, and has been continuously developing new customers; while our exports are mainly marketed to the countries and regions such as USA, Europe (Germany, France, Poland), Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia (India, Thailand, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Cambodia) etc., and quantity increased year by year.
        In 2010, our export amount was 22 million U.S. Dollars. As compared with 2009 export amount 18.18 million U.S. Dollars, the amount went up by 20%. It became the No.1 of silk textile industry of Chongqing.
